Key Responsibilities:

• Worked on the migration from Okta Classic to Okta Identity Engine in an environment with approximately 5,000 end-user and service identities, with bidirectional integration to on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implemented and managed SSO, MFA, and adaptive policies across 150 cloud and on-premises applications using OIDC, SAML, and API integrations.
• Designed federations between Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta.
• Automated joiner, mover, and leaver workflows with Okta Workflows, AWS Secrets Manager, and REST APIs.
• Supported Level 3 escalation, security audits, and controls aligned with LGPD and SOC 2.
